Consulting Services
Analytical Consultants has provided services to government agencies in several capacities, specifically in support of mass valuations and for land conservation programs. Currently, we are working closely with the Wake, Orange and Durham County Tax Departments to support their upcoming tax reassessments. In-depth market research has been performed to help build their appraisal models for the revaluation of the commercial property.

In 2010 John Smith, CAE joined our staff, bringing over 30 years of ad valorem experience to Analytical Consultants.
