Prior to purchasing Analytical Consultants in June 2003, Mr. Snow had eight years of experience as lead consultant on several large projects. Over the last 20+ years, Analytical Consultants has provided thousands of appraisals to a diverse set of clients. Mr. Snow is a designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and has been accepted as an expert witness in several courts as well as by the NC Property Tax Commission. Mr. Snow graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Public Policy and Analysis program.

Ms. Greganti is a staff appraiser with over twenty years of appraising experience. Prior to joining Analytical Consultants, she worked as a real estate attorney for Patrick Law Firm in South Carolina. She received her Juris Doctor from Hamline University Law School and her undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She specializes in commercial properties in North Carolina.

Andrius Sperauskas

Mr. Sperauskas is a staff appraiser with over 20 years of appraisal experience. Prior to
joining Analytical Consultants, he worked for Cushman and Wakefield in the North
Carolina office. He has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Pace University.
Mr. Sperauskas has appraised a wide variety of different property types, but he
specializes in income-producing properties including shopping centers, office buildings
and multifamily projects. He previously held finance and accounting positions with
AT&T, Allied Signal and ADP.

Kristina Van Buskirk

Prior to coming to work for Analytical Consultants in November 2017, Kristina worked in
the legal field as a paralegal for over 14 years specializing in personal injury, contract
law, arbitration, and corporate law. Kristina graduated summa cum laude with a perfect
GPA and at the top of her class (1/7752) from North Carolina State University in 2013.
While at NC State, she authored several research papers that focused on the
intersection between public policy and urban planning as well as the impact urban
planning can have on social equity and diversity. Kristina's studies have included
courses in finance, economics, policy analysis, social change, urban planning, and legal
theory.

Sarah Rolleri
Office Manager
Ms. Rolleri oversees the daily operations of the firm, provides research support for the
appraisal staff, and generally ensures the firm runs smoothly. She had been with the us
since 2021. She graduated from UNCG with a degree in Media Studies and dual minors
in History and Anthropology in 2016. She is an accomplished photographer and enjoys
rainy days with a good book (or two) and travels as much as possible.
